Supporting Teen Mothers and Their Infants
In collaboration with a local children’s home, SCC provides training and ongoing consultation to caregivers supporting pregnant teens and teen mothers referred by the government child protection agency. The program focuses on strengthening child caregiving relationships and supporting healthy development for both teen mothers and their infants. Ultimately, we aim to develop innovative interventions that can help break cycles of teen pregnancy, trauma, and social immobility affecting this vulnerable population.
