SCC: A Global Collaborative Effort

Children gathered around a table with a birthday cake, celebrating a birthday, with two adults overseeing the event.

Digital Education and Outreach

SCC is collaborating with an international group to develop a practical tool to support parents and other caregivers during natural disasters and humanitarian crises, including war, earthquakes, and floods. The goal is to help caregivers maintain supportive relationships with children even under extremely stressful circumstances.

Child Caregiving in Times of Crisis

SCC also uses digital platforms to make information and resources available to caregivers beyond our community-based programs. Our online initiatives include a podcast featuring experts discussing a range of child caregiving topics, including caring for vulnerable infants; short educational videos on Instagram; longer-form educational content on YouTube; and a series of TikTok videos designed to provide accessible, practical information to caregivers.
